This class will be held two times a week — Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm-5:45pm and then again at 5:30pm-6:45pm.  We will take 10 kids per time slot.  The second time slot will open up once the first one fills.

This class is designed to integrate with the athletes’ high school program. It is estimated amongst youth sports that there are 9 million overuse injuries a year.  This means there are up to 9 million preventable injuries each year.  This program is synchronized with the high school coaches and is an evidence-based approach to training.  We work hand in hand with the school strength program and serve as a complement to the coaches and athletes.  The program’s objective is to increase injury resistance, enhance athletic performance and build competitive discipline while monitoring the load and volume of training in order to avoid overuse issues.  The goal of the program is to build mobility, stability, and flexibility as well as improve movement quality through optimizing biomechanics. (Optional nutrition package is available.)

This class will be held twice a week — Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm-6:45pm and then again from 6:30pm-7:45pm.  We will take 10 kids per time slot.  The second time slot will open up once the first one fills.

This class is designed to develop strong fundamentals in basic weight training techniques, sprinting, jumping, and change of direction bio-mechanics.  This program is for athletes who do not have a highly structured school program they are participating in but want to prepare for their upcoming season at an elite level.  Our primary focus is on developing efficient movement patterns in order to optimize an athlete’s sports performance abilities.  It is estimated amongst youth sports that there are 9 million overuse injuries a year.  The program’s objective is to increase injury resistance, enhance athletic performance and improve movement economy. We monitor the load and volume of training in order to avoid overuse issues.  The goal of the program is to improve overall athletic performance.

We’ve partnered with some of the best Athletic nutrition providers in the country, as well as local grocers and small businesses to develop our own menu of meals and supplements optimized for today’s athlete.

We provide the athlete a snack, meal, and/or nutrition shake both coming into the building and leaving the building to make sure the athlete is fueling their body during critical growth windows. Nutrition is one of the pillars to recovery and maximizing training gains. We also host nutrition talks and nutrition presentations geared to educating the athlete on the importance of nutrition.  Sleep and nutrition are the two biggest ingredients to maximizing performance gains.
