Meet Our Elite Performance Trainers

Sean Manuel

Sandor (Sean) Manuel (Coach Manny) was formerly the Director of Football Strength & Conditioning for UNLV (from Feb 2017-2019).


During his short time with the program, he developed a cutting-edge integrated corrective exercise protocol along with assisting with the development of a stronger return to play protocol with the athletic trainers, which resulted in a 70% reduction in reported soft tissue injury, as well as 35% reduction in acute injury. Previously, Sean was on Bishop Gorman's varsity football staff from 2010-to 2017 as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, the Assistant Head Football Coach, and the Offensive Line Coach.


While at Bishop Gorman Coach Manny was an essential part of the team winning eight straight State Titles, going three years undefeated, and a #1 National Ranking in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Seasons.

Deon Hodges

Deon grew up in Moss Point, MS, a town of fewer than 20,000 people along the Gulf Coast. After tearing his ACL as a senior in high school, he learned the importance of sports performance. He became a receiver at Gulf Coast Community College in 2006 where he majored in pre-physical therapy. In 2008, Deon transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi and changed his major to exercise science, and learned more about the human body and biomechanics.


Deon participated in Southern Mississippi's pro day and tried out for the Arena Football League, but he ultimately realized that he had discovered a new dream. He interned with a human performance coach while training for his pro day in 2011 and quickly transitioned from trainee to trainer, landing a job as a trainer in a facility in Mississippi.


From there, he transitioned to Dallas before he was offered an opportunity to work at a facility in Las Vegas which ultimately led him to Movement Fitness.

Quincy Hatcher

Quincy Hatcher is a local, born and raised here in Las Vegas, NV.


Playing high school sports here, it was easy for him to recognize the lackluster training methods used as well as the little to no exposure the athletes received.


He is now in a position to help change both for the better. Shortly after earning certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, sports performance, and kettlebell instruction, he completed an internship that allowed him to study under some of the most sought-after coaches in the industry today training elite-level athletes. He now works alongside those coaches training athletes looking to develop their skills at the highest level.

Marcus Nash

Marcus is the owner of Nash Performance Systems and CEO of Legends Sports and Wellness LLC, specializing in sport-specific strength and conditioning, and also GPP (General Physical Preparedness) in kids as well as adults. A former NFL wide receiver and two-time SuperBowl champion with the Dever Broncos and Baltimore Ravens, respectively, Coach Nash also broke the all-time receiving touchdown record for the Arena Football league in 2004.


He is currently the wide receiver coach for the Nevada state champion Bishop Gorman Gaels. With 15 years of personal training and strength and conditioning experience, Coach Nash is a welcomed addition to the Movement Sports Performance Training Team.

Brody Harford

Brody is a Midwest transplant, growing up in Chicago, IL. As a lifelong athlete (baseball), Brody made the decision to join the United States Navy after graduating from High School. It was during his seven years of service in the Naval Special Warfare community, Brody learned about sports performance.


After spending every free hour during his seven years of service with the sports performance coaches, Brody decided it was time to leave the Navy and continue his education at San Diego State University, where he earned his degree in Kinesiology.


Brody has coached athletes ranging from high school to the professional level. He understands the importance of evidence-based fitness and focus’s his programming on methods that produce results. He holds his athletes to the highest standards and puts the needs of these athletes first.
