Our elite trainers ensure that you are getting the most effective workout possible. Their motivation and knowledge of the human body gives you an advantage in the gym. Our trainers customize workouts specifically for each body and skill level. Whether it's your first time in a gym or you're a professional athlete, we have programs for you! Need a place to train your clients? Speak to us about renting our spaces! You can book our 50-yard turf space for $250 an hour or a private studio for $75 an hour. Availability varies.

Meet Our Trainers

Jonathan Hamrick

A Las Vegas native, Jonathan has always enjoyed being physically active. From T-ball, karate, basketball, to volleyball, it was all about movement. During college, while taking boxing and may Thai, fitness took root as a passion. Over the past 12 years he has studied and experimented with different meal plans and training regimens to see for himself just what worked. an ISSA certified fitness coach and sports nutritionist, he embraces the importance of fitness for every human body.

Jonathan believes in customizing programs so that long term health and nutrition become a part of your lifestyle. He loves working with folks at all different fitness levels and ages: exercise adverse folks, beginners, gym junkies, and especially those ready to have fun in the gym!

When not training, Jonathan enjoys gaming, snowboarding, onstage acting, and binging movies.

Natalie Navarro

Natalie's background in fitness/wellness spans well over 30 years. She is from Chicago originally and is a former dancer and dance instructor who transitioned into group fitness and personal training. She completed a clinical massage therapy program with emphasis in structural/sports rehabilitation and corrective exercise. She has maintained leadership roles in both medical and 5-star hospitality environments and served in a variety of fitness centers and studios in Chicago and Las Vegas and has been trusted to work with all demographics including VIP and celebrity clientele.

Her certifications include Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, Clinical Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Nutritional Coaching, and Weight Loss Coaching. Natalie is comfortable and experienced in training many fitness styles including Strength conditioning, Flexibility, SAQ, Circuit, HIIT, CrossFit and Olympic lifting with any demographic, including the elderly, children, and prenatal clients.

Nelson Perez

Nelson Perez is a Cuban native who is bilingual in English and Spanish. Nelson's passion for fitness expands all the way to weight loss, muscle gain, personal, strength, and performance training. Nelson started working out at the age of 16 and has been completely locked in. He is fully invested into learning more about fitness each day and teaching people the correct way to accomplish their personal goals while keeping them injury free. Nelson believes in doing things the right way and building longevity towards a healthy lifestyle. Nelson is very passionate to helping people reach their goals, no matter what age or experience they may have.

Fun Fact: Nelson loves donuts therefore he always rewards his clients for staying disciplined with their fitness journey!

Alexander Preval-Serrano

Alex is bilingual in English and Spanish, a Cuban native. He has 13 years of experience in the fitness field. He is also a professional dance choreographer, model, singer, and athlete.

His years of experience in different training styles allows his training to cater towards your personal goals. Whatever personal goals you are looking to achieve whether it’s leaning out or toning with sculpted features, Alex is the right guy for you! He welcomes all types of training and enjoys sharing his years of knowledge learned alongside body building athletes and personal experience. HIIT trainings are offered in group or single sessions, to enjoy fat loss while gaining muscle and keeping a small tight waist.

Alex prides himself in educating his clients, so that they understand the importance of what each workout is accomplishing for the mind and body. He has an understanding in different eating styles for specific goals. While also having a passion for nutrition, he provides a holistic knowledge approach where may be fitting in things!
